Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently offer domestic shipping within the U.S. However, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Pre-Orders
- Customers must pay the full amount at the time of pre-order.
- There is a limited quantity of pre-order inventory available.
- Pre-order shipping timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that pre-orders may take longer to ship than in-stock items.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping for U.S. Products: 2-5 business days
- Standard Shipping for Overseas Products: 5-10 business days
- Shipping and processing times may vary based on the product and its supplier. Some items may arrive separately if they are fulfilled by different vendors.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Shipping Delays
Louise Lane Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs delays (for overseas orders)
- Carrier issues
If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
