Return/refund Policy
At Louise Lane Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility: Louise Lane gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address. Clothing items must have original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label to be eligible for return.
You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back which will be provided for you via email. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned.
Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking status) and shipped back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
Return Processing: Once the return is confirmed and the item is received back, the refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return.
Store Credit Only: Louise Lane accepts returns for store credit only in the form of a Louise Lane E-Gift Card, which never expires. Once your return is received and processed, the E-Gift Card will be sent instantly to the email address provided during the return request.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:
Beauty, bodysuits, jewelry, swimwear, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will refund the initial shipping charges once we receive the item and confirm the defect.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you need a different size or style, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you were sent incorrect products or sizes, are missing items from your order, or received a defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing info.shoplouiselane@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos for a quick resolution.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will refund the initial shipping charges once we receive the item and confirm the defect.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Since orders are processed immediately with our suppliers, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
